The first Nativity Christmas Party began in 1970 when a young Parochial Vicar, Fr. Jack Davis, went around town finding people who had no where to celebrate Christmas and brought them to Nativity. Over the years, the party had grown so large, Olivet Lutheran was asked to be a sister site for the party.
Today, the Nativity Church of Fargo and Olivet Lutheran Christmas Party continues to be an outreach to the people of the Fargo Moorhead Area Communities. The Christmas Party continues to be open to anyone free of charge, providing a place for individuals and families to gather and celebrate the Good News of Christmas: "Christ is born".
This party is not possible without the generous support from the members of both churches and members of the community. We thank you for your generosity and support over these 40 plus years!
To the left you will see a list of donations and needed workers to host the party at Nativity Church. To help us to be good stewards of the gifts of time and treasure to the parish, we ask that you complete the donation form if you plan to donate in any way to the event.
The information you provide will only be used for this year's Christmas Party and will not be used or shared for any other purpose.
